摘  要:全纳教育是教育信息化服务目标的核心之一,教育技术领域的"全纳"发展是一种新的范式。文章梳理了全纳教育与教育技术领域的发展线索,发现两者具有内在一致性:教育技术领域的发展路径是"以规模绩效为主—以个体绩效为主—两者融合",全纳教育则是"关注个体—关注规模—两者融合"。学习规模绩效与个体绩效融合是时代发展的需要,当前突出表现为:通过"精准"教育帮扶实现"全纳"。文章最后以困境儿童保护为案例,讨论了教育技术领域如何全纳发展。Inclusive education is the core goal of education informationization service. In this paper, the development clues of inclusive education and educational technology were sorted out, and it was found that they had internal consistency. The development path of educational technology field is "mainly scale performance——mainly individual performance——integration of the two", while inclusive education is "focusing on individuals——focusing on scale-integration of the two". The integration of learning scale performance and individual performance is the need of the era development. Currently, the prominent manifestation is to achieve inclusive education through "accurate" education assistance. In the end, the paper discussed how to make inclusive development in educational technology field with the case of children in difficulties.
