摘　　要：目前国内对大学生领导力的研究相对还较少,对领导力的内涵界定还未统一,但也达成了一定共识。国内相关研究仍主要是对国外尤其美国的大学生领导力教育现状进行介绍,本土化研究还有待发掘。一些高校已经进行了探索并获得一定经验,但总体上我国在大学生领导力教育这一问题上仍有很多方面需要完善。At present,there is less research on the leadership of college students in China,and the definition of leadership is not unified yet,although there are some consensus. Domestic research is still mainly about the current situation of university students＇ leadership education in foreign countries,and the localization research is still to be discovered. Some universities have already explored and gained some experience,but in general,there are still many aspects that need to be improved in the subjects,contents and ways.
