摘　　要：本文以天津某职业院校电子信息类专业为例,阐述了现代学徒制人才培养模式实施方法的相关问题,介绍了在实施过程中的一些经验。文章创新性地将现代学徒制人才培养模式与创新精神培养有效结合,并提出了一种实施方法。Taking a vocational college in Tianjin as an example,this paper elaborates the related issues about the implementation of modern apprenticeship training mode and introduces some experience in the process of implementation. The paper creatively combines modern apprenticeship training mode with innovative spirit training,and proposes an implementation method.
