摘　　要：探索生涯规划教育新模式,营造课堂、学校、社会三位一体的生涯规划教育环境,完善自我探索、能力提升、习惯养成、职场适应四个维度的生涯规划教育内容,构建金字塔型自下而上全覆盖的生涯规划教育体系,增强大学生就业竞争力。To improve the employment competitiveness,we should explore a new mode of career planning education,including creating a trinity of class,school and society for career planning education environment, improving four dimensions of career planning education content：self-exploration,ability improvement,habit formation and workplace adaptation,constructing a pyramid-shaped career planning education system with full coverage from bottom to top.
