摘 要:翻转课堂教学模式是信息化课堂教学改革的新型教学模式。本文以高职《金融学基础》课程为例,结合近年来教学工作中的经验和研究,认为翻转课堂教学模式可有效解决金融学等经管类课程传统教学中的一些问题,比如知识传授与知识内化脱节、教学方法和手段单调、学生被动学习等。研究提出了翻转课堂在高职《金融学基础》课程教学中应用的范式,包括课前准备、课堂组织和课题设计。最后归纳总结了翻转课堂教学模式的应用前景,并指出了急需解决的三大难题,包括如何保持教师持续地投入、如何保持学生持续地参与和如何实现翻转课堂与传统课堂教学的教学闭环。The teaching model of the classroom teaching is the new teaching mode of information classroom reform.In this paper,taking the course of "Fundamentals of Finance" as an example,combined with the experience and research of the author's teaching work in recent years,it is considered that the teaching mode of the classroom can effectively solve some problems in the traditional teaching of finance and economics,such as knowledge transfer knowledge of internalization out of line,teaching methods and means monotonous,students passive learning.This paper puts forward the paradigm of flip teaching in the teaching of "Fundamentals of Finance" in higher vocational education,including pre-class preparation,classroom organization and subject design.Finally,the paper summarizes the application prospects of the teaching mode of flip,and points out the three difficult problems that need to be solved,including how to keep teachers' continuous investment,how to keep students' participation and how to realize the teaching of closed classroom and traditional classroom teaching.
