摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,他们的职业能力直接关系到学生工作的质量,素质银行是借助银行储蓄的运行模式,依据大数据理论,形成全面考核辅导员职业能力的数据化系统,作者通过构建辅导员素质银行的理念和内容,进一步探析辅导员"素质银行"的应用价值。Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students. Their professional abilities are directly related to the quality of students＇ work. The quality of banks is based on the theory of big data to form a comprehensive assessment of the professional qualifications of counselors system, the author constructs the concept and content of counselors＇ quality banking to further analyze the application value of counselors ＂quality banking＂.
