摘  要:企业的快速发展离不开优秀人才的贡献,而高素质人才引进,尤其是高校毕业生招聘是企业解决优秀人力资源短缺的一种重要途径。因此,通过在企业招聘过程中应用科学适用的测评体系,科学、合理测评应聘者的综合素质与能力,确保录用的应聘者能够满足企业发展需要,是当前人力资源管理的一项重要工作。本文探索基于APM人才素质理论,建立适合企业发展需要的人才素质测评体系,并阐述体系中重要测评指标的筛选和建立。The rapid development of enterprises is inseparable from the contribution of outstanding talents. The introduction of highquality talents, especially the recruitment of college graduates, is an important way for enterprises to solve the shortage of excellent human resources. Therefore, it is an important task of human resources management to apply the scientific and applicable evaluation system in the enterprise recruitment process to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the overall quality and ability of candidates to ensure that candidates can meet the development needs of enterprises. This paper explores the talent quality assessment system based on APM talent quality theory, establishes a talent quality assessment system which is suitable for the development needs of enterprises, and expounds the screening and establishment of important evaluation indicators in the system.
