摘　　要：建设一批优质高职院校已成为当前我国高职教育政策安排的一项重要议题,它是高等职业教育发展到一定阶段的必然产物,为"经济高质量发展"提供高质量"服务"是建设的逻辑起点。推动优质高职院校建设,是一个系统工程,需要重塑整个高职院校的发展思路。优质高职院校建设内容包括以下战略要点:以文化建设打造中国高职教育的文化自信,以产教深度融合探索多元质量生成机制,通过国际化发展打造中国高职教育的世界品牌,利用信息技术改造传统教育教学模式与管理模式。优质高职院校应进一步凸显高职院校的类型特征,引领高职院校实践教育性、职业性及终身学习的目标。It is an important political topic of higher vocational education to build excellent colleges. It is an inevitable outcome in the process of higher vocational education development. It is the logic starting point that excellent higher vocational education can provide higher quality service for economic development. It is a systematic project to build excellent higher vocational colleges and it is necessary to redesign the development thought of higher vocational colleges. The strategic points for the construction of excellent higher vocational colleges are： improving the cultural construction to strengthen the cultural confidence of higher vocational education, building the multiple mechanism of quality construction by the combination of industry and vocational education, building the word brand of higher vocational education though international strategy and making full use of information technology to reform the teaching-learning mode and management mode. The excellent higher vocational colleges should show the type character of higher vocational education, and lead the excellent higher vocational colleges to practice the educational character, vocational character and lifelong learning.
