摘  要:职业教育国家教学标准体系建设依据权威性、专业性和全面性原则,包括专业目录、课程标准、教学标准、顶岗实习标准和专业仪器设备装备规范。其立意为彰显国家履行质量治理的责任,凸显内涵式发展的理性回归,突出产教融合的本质规律,对接国际发展趋势。其实践定位为明确培养目标,引导服务产业发展,强化人才系统培养,确立培养评价标准。实现其价值诉求,需要提升认同度、在省域层面细化、形成多元利益主体共同监督、动态匹配产业发展需求。National vocational education teaching standards based on the principles of authority, professionalization and comprehensiveness, including professional directory, course standard, teaching standards, field work standard and professional equipment and equipment specification. Its intention is to highlight the responsibility of the country to fulfill its quality control, highlight the rational regression of the internal development and highlight the essential rules of the integration of production and education, and take the pulse of international development trend. The practice orientation is to define the training goal, guide the development of service industry, strengthen the training of talent system, and establish the training evaluation standard. To realize its value demand, it is necessary to improve the recognition of the same degree, to refine at the provincial level, to form the common supervision of multi-interest subjects, and to dynamically match the development demand of the industry.
