摘 要:一体化的核心思想是强调紧密耦合的整体性、相互协调的统筹性和优势互补的集聚性,是当前教师教育改革的重要趋向。推进一体化改革将突破职教教师教育体制内长期存在的学科理论与实践割裂、职前培养与职后培训脱节、培养机构与使用机构分离以及教育机构缺乏协同与资源共享等困境。职教教师教育一体化设计包含教师教育模式一体化设计、课程一体化设计、师资一体化设计和机制一体化设计。The core idea of integration is to emphasize the integrity of close coupling, the co-ordination of each other and the gathering of complementary advantages, which is an important trend in the field of teacher education reform. To promote the reform of integration, will break the long-standing lacerate between theory and practice of discipline, disconnection between pre-service training and job training separation between training institutions and use institutional, and enhance collaboration and resource sharing. The integrated design of vocational education teachers education includes the integrated design of teacher education mode, curriculum integration design, teacher integration design and mechanism integration design.
