摘 要:综合性大学举办职教教师培养培训的模式充分发挥了综合性大学学科专业多、师资力量强、生源素质高的优势,已成为我国职教教师教育的主要模式。当前综合性大学在职教教师培养培训过程中尚存在诸多问题,如运行体制不健全、专业设置规范性不足、课程教学缺乏职教特色和教师教育者队伍结构偏理论化等。遵循职教教师专业发展的规律,积极建构资源均衡、运行机制健全的一体化教育环境,建设职前培养与职后培训的一体化专业设置体系,开发基于能力发展逻辑的一体化课程体系和构建"校-企-校"职教教师教育共同体,以实现职教教师教育多方对接与合作的一体化模式。The comprehensive university give full play to its advantages of multi-discipline, qualified faculty, high quality of students m education and training of vocational education teachers. However, in the comprehensive university, there are many problems existing in the process of education and training of vocational education teachers, for example, the operation system is not perfect, the specialty setting is not standardized, the curriculum teaching lacks the characteristics of education and training for vocational education teachers and the team structure of teacher educators is more theoretically. It is of great importance to achieve an integrated model of" nmltiparty cohesion and cooperation by following the rule of professional development of vocational education teachers, constructing an integrated education environment with balanced resources and sound operating mechanism, developing an integrated specialty establishment system for the construction of pre-service training and in-service training, exploring an integrated curriculum system on the basis of competence development logic and building up the community of vocational teachers' education of the model of "University -Enterprise-School" .
