摘  要:在园林行业快速发展的背景下,本文剖析了园林技术专业毕业生的职业能力和素质发展之间不相称的一些因素,提出了构建"岗位目标引领+公司法则激励"的园林技术专业合作学习教学模式改革思路与措施,并深入分析实践成效,对促进高职院校园林技术专业教学模式改革具有重要意义。Under the background of the rapid development of landscape industry,some disproportionate factors between professional ability and quality development of graduates majoring in landscape architecture specialty were analyzed in this paper.The ideas and measures for the reform of cooperative learning teaching model for the landscape architecture specialty under the guidance of the "job target leading+company rule encouraging" were put forward,and the practical results were analyzed indepth.It was of great significance to promote the reform of teaching mode of landscape architecture specialty in higher vocational colleges.
