摘 要:北京师范大学祝士媛教授以她丰富的学习和工作经历见证了新中国学前教育和学前师范教育的发展,通过专访祝老师,以期了解新中国成立以来的具有中国特色的学前师范教育的探索之路,以北京师范大学学前教育专业学科建设为蓝本,总结学前教育专业人才培养的经验,对当今和未来我国学前教育专业人才培养提供借鉴。Abstract: Professor Zhu Shiyuan, from Beijing Normal University, based on her rich learning and experiences, witnessed the development of pre-school education and preschool normal education in New China. By interviewing professor Zhu, on the basis of discipline construction of preschool education at Beijing Normal University, the paper aims to understand the exploration of pre-sehool normal education with Chinese characteristics, summarize pre-sehool talent euhivation experience, and hope to provide useful experiences for talent cultivation in current and future preschool edueation.
