现代学徒制专业课程体系构建的实践与探索——以无锡商业职业技术学院连锁经营管理专业为例

摘　　要：高职院校在实践"现代学徒制"的过程中存在人才培养目标、课程内容、教学计划安排不合理等问题,导致培养的"徒弟"跟不上企业的实际需求,影响了企业的积极性,制约了校企合作的发展。分析高职院校现代学徒制专业课程体系实施过程中的问题,结合无锡商业职业技术学院连锁经营管理专业在采用现代学徒制培养高技能应用型人才过程中专业课程体系构建的实践,分析合理设计专业课程体系在校企合作培养人才中的重要性和必要性。In the process of practicing ＂modern apprenticeship＂in higher vocational colleges,there are problems such as talent training objectives, course content, and unreasonable teaching plan, which leads to the cultivation of＂apprentices＂that cannot keep up with the actual needs of enterprises and affect enterprises. Enthusiasm restricts the development of school-enterprise cooperation. This paper analyzes the problems in the implementation process of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system in vocational colleges,and combines the practice of the chain management of Wuxi Institute of Commerce to cultivate the professional curriculum system of high-skilled applied talents in the modern apprenticeship system,and analyzes the rational design.
