摘  要:现代学徒制作为当今国际职业教育发展的主导模式,其试点工作在我国高职院校已经全面展开。随着试点的广泛推行,高职学生管理工作存在问题逐渐凸显。辅导员是高职学生管理工作的基层主体;基于双辅导员的视角,对现代学徒制学生实施分层次、个性化教育与管理,校企双方共同加强辅导员队伍建设,构建双辅导员的分工联动合力育人机制,建立双辅导员思想政治教育协同配合机制,是适应人才培养模式改革、提高人才培养质量的有效途径。As the leading model of international vocational education, the experiment of modern apprenticeship isspreading full tilt in the higher vocational colleges of China. With the extensive implementation of the experiments,the existing problem on students management in higher vocational colleges is becoming increasingly prominent.Counselor is the grass-roots main body of students management in higher vocational colleges. It is the effective wayto adapt to the reform of talent cultivation model and to improve the talent training quality that hierarchical andpersonalized education and management is to be implemented, that college and co - operative enterprise jointlystrengthen the team construction of counselors,that mechanism of division of labor & linkage is to be constructedbased on double counselor, that cooperative mechanism of ideological and political education is to be established.
