摘 要:借鉴德国"双元制"精髓及其核心要素,将专业设置与产业需求对接,课程内容与职业标准对接,教学过程与生产过程对接,毕业证书与职业资格证书对接。遵循实现本土化改造与开发人才培养方案的逻辑秩序,坚持以形成职业行动能力满足职业行动领域需求为导向,构建基于三维职业行动能力的职业教育培训体系,探索开发和推广符合国情的德国"双元制"本土化改造人才培养方案。Drawing lessons from the essence and core elements of German "dual system", we should link the specialty settings with the industrial needs, the curriculum content with the professional standards, the teaching process with the production process, and the graduation certificates with the professional qualification certificates. We should follow the logical order of realizing the localization reform and the development of personnel training programs, adhere to the guidance of meeting the needs of vocational action field with the formation of vocational action ability, construct a vocational education and training system based on three-dimensional vocational action ability, and explore the development and promotion of German "dual system" localization reform on personnel training which is in line with the national conditions.
