摘  要:基于一款四驱插电式混合动力轿车,综合考虑驾驶员请求、车辆及各部件工作状态,开发了基于规则的发动机最优工作线能量管理策略,使用自适应遗传算法对发动机最优工作线进行优化,并进行离线仿真对比,同时搭建硬件在环仿真平台对所开发的能量管理策略进行比较验证。离线仿真与硬件在环测试结果表明,所开发的基于规则发动机最优工作线控制策略具有较好的燃油经济性和实时性,经遗传算法优化之后的控制策略改善了车辆燃油经济性,在离线仿真和硬件在环测试中分别提高了1.53%和0.88%。Based on a four-wheel-drive plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,taking the driver demand and realtime working state of vehicle and its components into comprehensive consideration,a rule-based energy management strategy is developed. An adaptive genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the optimal torque line of engine and off-line simulation comparasion is conducted. Hardware-in-the-loop( HIL) simulation platform is built and test of the strategy is conducted. Results of off-line simulation and HIL test show that the rule-based engine optimal working line control strategy has good fuel economy and real-time performance. The fuel economy has been improved by 1.53% and 0.88% in simulation and HIL test,respectively,when the genetic algorithm is applied.
