摘　　要：Persona作为一种用户建模的方法被广泛运用于各个领域,但是学术界对Persona概念的界定和理解比较混乱。本文通过梳理国内外文献,试图厘清Persona概念的产生、界定及其在国内的发展脉络,并探讨其主要应用方向之一——用户画像在教育大数据环境下对开放大学在线教育的启示。As a method of user modeling,Persona has been widely used in various fields ever since it first appeared. But the definition and understanding of the concept of Persona is relatively chaotic. Through examining the international and Chinese literature,this paper tries to clarify the emergence and definition of the concept,its development in domestic,and its implications on online education in open universities in the educational big data environment.
