摘　　要：本文首先论述食品安全风险监测的作用,然后介绍食品安全风险监测中现存的问题,基于此,提出食品安全风险监测标准应用的策略。This paper first discussed the role of food safety risk monitoring, and then introduced the existing problems in food safety risk monitoring, based on this, put forward the application strategy of food safety risk monitoring standards.
