摘　　要：本文就近红外光谱检测技术、拉曼光谱检测技术、荧光光谱检测技术在食品安全快速检测中的应用展开论述。In this paper, the application of near infrared spectroscopy, raman spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy in the rapid detection of food safety were discussed.
