摘 要:目的探讨军队疗养院护士职业高原现状及其与工作满意度的关系。方法采用职业高原问卷、护士工作满意度问卷对267名军队疗养院护士进行问卷调查。结果军队疗养院护士职业高原得分(3.00±0.73)分,处于中等水平。职业高原与工作满意度呈负相关(r=-0.565),其中中心化高原和内容高原是工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论职业高原对工作满意度的影响应受到重视,军队疗养院护理管理者应采取针对性措施,规避内容高原和中心化高原对工作满意度带来的消极影响。Objective To explore the situation of military sanatorium nurses' career plateau and its relationship between job satisfaction. Methods 267 military sanatorium nurses were invested with career plateau questionnaire and job satisfaction scale. Results The average score of career plateau of military sanatorium nurses was(3. 00 ± 0. 73),which was at a medium level. Career plateau had negative influences on nurses' job satisfaction(r=-0. 565). Moreover,the central plateau and the content plateau were the key influencing factors(P〈0. 05).Conclusion The influences of career plateau on the job satisfaction should not be ignored. Military sanatorium nursing managers should take measures to reduce the negative impacts on nurses' job satisfaction.
