摘　　要：我国社会组织作为教育治理主体的出场逻辑,主要源于它对公共性的保护和对教育治理困境的化解,主体性呈现主要是一种"自上而下"的建构合法性;主体性出场困境表现为公共性不足、嵌入性困境、可持续发展支持困境。社会组织参与教育治理的能力、在教育治理中的互动力及其制度环境支持是构建其主体性的三个重要层面,并形成嵌套结构关系。The appearance logic of social organizations as the main body of education governance mainly comes from its protection of publicity and the resolving of the plight of education governance. The subjectivity of social organizations is mainly a＂top-down＂construction legitimacy.Its appearance dilemma lies in the lack of publicity,embedded dilemma,and the plight of sustainable development support. The ability of social organizations＇ education governance,its interaction,and institutional environment support build its subjectivity. Among them,the inter-subjective interaction is the key and all the three form the nested structural relationship.
