摘 要:为切实加强大学生创新实验项目的实施效果,结合食品科学与工程专业理论知识交叉性紧密、学科应用性强、产业发展速度快等专业特点,通过激发学生主动性、多元化的管理体系建设、研究平台保障等多方面,探索构建了一整套可操作性的大学生创新实验项目的运行机制和管理模式,通过实施显著加强了食品科学与工程专业的毕业生的创新意识和实践能力。In order to practically strengthen the implementation effect of innovative experimental projects for university students and combine the professional features of food science and engineering such as intersectionality of the theoretical knowledge,high applicability of the discipline,and fast industrial development,a whole set of feasible operational mechanism and management mode for the innovative experimental project of university students was explored and constructed from the aspect of stimulating students' initiative,constructing a diversified management system,protecting the research platform and others aspects. Through its implementation,innovative awareness and practical ability of university students of food science and engineering were significantly enhanced.
