教育均衡发展视域中民族地区小微学校:问题与应对

摘　　要：教育均衡发展视域下民族地区小微学校发展问题日益突出,其存在教师队伍不稳定、学生学习基础薄弱、规模效应缺失、办学条件不佳、教育质量低等问题。应该充分认识小微学校建设对民族文化传承、地方经济建设、国家文化安全的重要性,给予小微学校全方位支持和政策优惠,渐进地实现民族地区教育均衡发展。The balanced development of education in ethnic areas under the perspective of small school development issues has become increasingly prominent： teachers not stable, weak foundation of student knowledge, size effect lacking, poor school conditions and low education quality. We should fully understand the importance of small school construction on national culture heritage, local economic construction, national cultural security, and give small school full support and preferential policy, and gradually realize the balanced development of education in ethnic areas.
