摘　　要：地方高校转型为应用技术型大学,基础化学实验教学以社会需求为导向,以培养应用型人才为目标,打破传统的教学模式,构建一个更加灵活的服务应用型人才培养的教学体系。该体系通过优化整合基础化学实验内容,制定弹性教学计划,合理设计适合不同专业的实践环节,实施项目化教学,开发科研型实验项目,充分利用互联网平台,引入微课教学,使基础化学实验教学与专业教学有机结合,给学生直观的职业需求,更好地服务于高层次应用型人才的培养。At present,local universities are transforming to applied technology universities. Basic chemistry experimental teaching must construct a more flexible teaching system serviced applied technological talents. The content of basic chemistry experiment was been optimized and integrated. A flexible teaching plan was been developed. The practice links were been reasonable designed for different professional. The project-based teaching and research experimental projects were been implemented. The micro-course are been practiced based on the advantages of Internet. Basic chemistry experiment teaching and specialty teaching was organic combined satisfied students＇ intuitive career needs and better served the training of high-level applied talents.
