摘  要:通过分析国家职业教育发展规划和国内外职业教育改革现状,阐明了机电类专业产学研创一体化教学模式改革的必要性和现实意义,明确了改革目标,提出了具体措施:建设多功能复合型实训中心;突出学生的主体地位,采用差异化的教学方法;构建模块化的课题体系,增设创新类课程;依托区域产业群优势,政、校、企三方协同,实现校企共育人才,共享成果;制定以职业岗位能力为标杆的多元化的考核评价体系。By analyzing the national vocational education development planning and the status quo of domestic and foreignvocational education reform, it clarifies the necessity and practical significance of reforming the integrated teaching mode ofproduction, learning, research and innovation of electromechanical specialty. It clarifies reform objectives and proposes specificmeasures: construct multi-functional compound training center; highlight student's dominant position and adopt differentiatedteaching methods; establish a modular subject system, add innovative courses; rely on the advantages of regional industrialgroups, the government, schools, and enterprises cooperate with each other to achieve the goal of co-cultivating talents andsharing results among schools and enterprises; formulate a diversified assessment and evaluation system based on the ability ofprofessional positions.
