摘 要:从结构层面看,高职英语生态教学内外部动力构成要素之间相互作用、彼此关联,形成高职英语生态教学集成动力,内部动力、外部动力和集成动力构成一个有机整体,即高职英语生态教学动力结构机制。从实践层面看,需求调查、课程规划、教材提升、双师培育和多元评价等动力路径将高职英语生态教学动力内外部动力构成要素整合起来,按照一定运作方式构成一个有机整体,即高职英语生态教学动力实践机制。它们推进了高职英语生态教学运行和发展,促成高职英语生态教学更加高效服务于高素质、高技能人才的培养。From the perspective of structure, the elements of inner- and outer- dynamic of eco-instruction of highervocational English are interactive and related, forming its integrated dynamic. The inner-dynamic, outer-dynamic and integrateddynamic constitute an organic whole, namely the structural mechanism of eco-instruction dynamic of higher vocational English.From the perspective of practice, the dynamic paths such as demand investigation, course planning, textbook promotion, doublequalified teacher training and multivariate evaluation etc, integrate the elements of inner- and outer- dynamic of eco-instructionof higher vocational English into the organic whole, namely its practical mechanism of eco-instruction of higher vocationalEnglish. The two aspects promote the teaching development, and facilitate the service for cultivating the students with highquality and professional qualification.
