摘 要:作为一种以简短视频为载体的新型教学形式,微课在高职教育领域备受推崇。随着全国、地方和高职院校微课竞赛的常态化,微课资源显露出竞赛性目的的创作倾向。通过对在校生和教学一线教师进行调查发现,微课在高职院校的教学应用现状及其教学效果不容乐观,其本源在于缺乏对微课开发与使用绩效的有效评价。应围绕微课教学背景、微课资源开发、微课教学过程、微课教学成果、教师学习与成长、微课支持系统建设与管理,构建高职微课评价指标体系,使微课发展回归教学应用本位。Abstract Micro course is a new form of teaching with short video as its carrier, and highly praised in the field of higher vocational education. With the normalization of national, local and higher vocational colleges, the resources of micro course show some creative tendencies of competitive purposes. Through the investigation and analysis of data for students and teachers, the present situation of application and the effect of micro course are not optimistic in higher vocational colleges, its origin lies in the lack of effective performance evaluation of development and use of micro course. The evaluation index system of micro course is constructed in higher vocational education, which revolves around teaching background, resource development, teaching process, teaching achievement, learning and growth of teacher, construction and management of support system of micro course, so as to make the development of micro course regain the essence of teaching application.
