摘 要:为了优化混合动力汽车动力传动系统的换挡控制策略,实现平顺的换挡过程,采用极小值原理,以行驶平顺性为优化控制目标,确定动力传动系统输入转矩的最优控制律。对于复杂的混合动力控制系统,基于极小值的协调发动机和离合器输出转矩的优化控制算法并没有将系统引入反馈控制,导致系统的鲁棒性较差,为此设计了基于最优状态反馈控制的跟踪观测器实现对最优控制律的跟踪控制。最后在MATLAB环境下构建重载混合动力车辆动力学系统的仿真模型,通过仿真对混合动力传动系统模型换挡控制策略的优化与跟踪算法进行了验证。结果表明,采用极小值原理的优化策略并设计观测器实现闭环跟踪控制的算法,在保证系统行驶平顺性的前提下提高了系统的稳定性和抗干扰性。In order to optimize the shift control strategy of power-train system in hybrid car and achieve the smooth shift process, a principle of minimum is used to determine the optimal control law of input torque of power- train system. For the complex hybrid power control system, the optimal control algorithm of the coordinated engine and output torque of clutch based on the minimum value does not introduce the system to the feedback control, leading to the poor robustness. Therefore, this article designed a tracking observer based on the optimal feedback control to achieve the tracking control of optimal control law. Finally, the simulation model of the dynamic system of heavyload hybrid car was built in the environment of MATLAB. Meanwhile, the optimization and tracking algorithm of shift control strategy for hybrid power-train system model was verified based on simulation. The result proves that the optimization strategy of minimum principle is adopted and the observer can achieve the closed-loop tracking control. Thus, the stability and anti-interference of system are improved on the premise of ensuring the ride performance of system.
