摘　　要：当前,科技型中小企业是我国技术创新最活跃的主体之一,研究如何提高科技型中小企业的技术创新能力具有重要意义。科技型中小企业由于受其自身资源的限制,越来越多地参与到产学研联盟之中,以提升其技术创新能力。科技型中小企业如何借助产学研联盟促进技术创新能力的提升,是目前学术界研究的热点问题。在已有研究的基础上,本文着重从关系资本视角来研究科技型中小企业在产学研联盟中如何通过知识共享来促进企业技术创新绩效的提升。希望本研究能有助于科技型中小企业技术创新能力的增强。Currently, Hi-tech small and medium enterprises are one of the most active subjects of technology innovation in China, and research on how- to improve their technology innovation ability is of great importance. Due to the limitation of their own resources, Hi-tech small and medium enterprises are more and more involved in the industry-university-research alliance to improve their technology innovation capability. How to promote the technology innovation capability of Hi-tech small and medium enterprises by the industry-university-research alliance is a hot issue in academic research at present. On the basis of existing research, this paper focuses on the perspective of relationship capital to study how the Hi-tech small and medium enterprises advance the performance of technology innovation by sharing know-ledge in the industry-university-research alli- ance. This research is hoped to help improve the technology innovation capability of Hi-tech small and medium enterprises.
