摘 要:学习投入是学业成绩的重要预测指标,是学生学业成功的关键因素。采用问卷法对1411名3-6年级流动儿童进行调查,考察流动儿童感知的学校氛围现状以及学校氛围、学校适应与学习投入三者之间的关系。结果发现,绝大多数流动儿童感知到的学校氛围良好;学校氛围、学校适应与学习投入显著相关;学校适应在学校氛围与流动儿童学习投入之间发挥部分中介作用。因此,流动儿童学校适应在学校氛围与学习投入之间发挥显著的部分中介作用。Learning engagement,a significant indicator used to predict students ' academic performance,is a key factor for their academic success. This study,by using questionnaires to survey 1411 migrant children between Grade 3 to Grade 6,aims to explore the present school climate perceived by migrant children,as well as the relationship between the school climate,school adaptation and learning engagement. The results show the following: Most of the migrant children reported a high level of school climate;their school climate and school adaptation were significantly correlated with their learning engagement; and their school adaptation partly mediated between their school climate and their learning engagement. The study concludes that migrant children 's school adaptation significantly and partly mediates between their school climate and their learning engagement.
