摘　　要：多年来,县级职教中心培养了大量技能型人才,促进了农村普及高中阶段教育,助推了农民掌握农村实用技术,在农村人力资源开发方面发挥出重要作用。然而,受制于当地经济发展水平以及学校自身办学能力条件,县级职教中心在直接服务县域经济方面,能力水平有限,需要各级政府推进职教中心转型发展、加强财政支持力度、制定招生比例红线、多方协同参与、加强企业资质认证、立足县域经济、重视职业培训,提升县级职教中心服务县域经济社会发展能力。For many years, the county-level vocational education center has trained a large number of skilled talents, promoted popularization of high school education in rural areas, boosted farmers master the rural practical technologies, and made great achievements in rural human resources development. However, subjected to the local economy development level and the school capacity, the countylevel vocational education centers are limited in their ability to serve the county-wide economy directly. In order to give better play the positive role of the county vocational education centers in promoting county economic and social development, it is necessary for governments at all levels to promote transformation development of vocational education centers, strengthen financial supports, formulate red lines for enrollment ratios, coordinate multi-party participation, strengthen enterprise qualification certification, keep a foothold on the county economy, and emphasize on vocational training.
