摘 要:针对工业过程中多变量非方系统存在的扰动,基于等价传递函数理论,研究其PI控制器设计问题。为避免直接求取非方被控过程广义逆的复杂运算,通过求取相应的等价传递函数来代替广义逆,并分别设计跟踪控制器和扰动控制器,使设定值响应与扰动响应分离。与已有含扰动的多变量非方系统控制方法比较,该文所提方法计算过程简单且避免求取广义逆,并且具有很好的跟踪特性和抑制扰动作用的效果。最后通过仿真实例验证了所提算法的有效性。The PI controller based on equivalent transfer function(ETF) for non-square multi-varying systems with disturbance is investigated in the paper. In order to avoid the complexities of the Moore-Penrose pseudo inverse of the transfer function of the non-square systems, we can attain the ETF to substitute the Moore-Penrose pseudo inverse, and then design two controllers which are the set-point controller and the disturbance controller respectively. The set-point response of the closed-loop system is separated from the disturbance response. Compared with the existing design method of the non-square multi-varying system with disturbance, the proposed design approach is simple and avoids getting the pseudo inverse matrix. Besides, this approach has good tracking characteristics and the effect of restraining disturbance. Finally, an example is employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the design method over others.
