摘 要:我国新时代的主要社会矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡、不充分的发展之间的矛盾。近年来,我国越来越重视教育的发展,并取得了历史性成果,但我国教育发展总体水平不高,区域间发展不平衡,特别是各民族间教育发展水平存在一定差距。目前,受地理生态、文化基础和政策扶持等因素影响,我国各民族地区经济发展差距逐渐拉大,这进一步加剧了各民族教育资源配置的不平衡、不充分。因此,如何促进各民族间教育发展的平衡,成为教育界一直探讨的问题。在此以我国少数民族地区教育发展不平衡、不充分表现为基础,具体分析出现少数民族地区间教育发展不平衡、不充分的主要原因,并探讨促进少数民族地区教育均衡发展的办法,以期推进我国民族地区教育事业的发展。The major social contradictions in our new era have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of people's life and the unbalanced development.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the development of education and has made historic achievements.However,the overall level of education development in China is not high,and the development of regions is not balanced,especially in minority areas.There is a certain gap between the development level of education among ethnic groups.At present,influenced by the factors of geographical ecology,cultural foundation and policy support,the gap of economic development in various ethnic regions of our country has gradually widened,which further aggravated the imbalance of higher education resources allocation.Therefore,how to promote educational development among all ethnic groups has become a problem.Based on the unbalanced educational development in the minority areas of China,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the unbalanced educational development among ethnic minority areas,and probes into the solutions to promote the educational development in minority areas.
