摘  要:教育实践是卓越教师培养的重要途径,"4+1"实践教学体系是基于师范生实践教学需要而提出的创新构想,具有全程性、协同性、实践性的特点,能有效解决师范生培养过程中的诸多困境。南京师范大学泰州学院通过理论论证、实践试点,构建了一套高校与一线学校交替进行的"4+1"实践教学体系,形成了从理论到实践螺旋式上升的应用型人才培养路径。Teaching practice is an important path to excellent teachers."4+1" practice-oriented teaching system is an innovative conception proposed to meet the demands in training normal school students.The system carries over the whole training process and lays stress on collaboration and practice.It can effectively solve the existing and potential problems in training normal school students.Through theoretical proving and pilot practice,Nanjing Normal University Taizhou College has constructed such a system by cooperating with middle schools and found an effective way of training practice-oriented talents.
