摘 要:分析了基于杠杆原理和刚体转动惯量平行轴原理,在用于商用车驾驶室质心和转动惯量计算的分离算法的基础上,利用K&C试验台的质心位置和转动惯量测试功能,提出了一种可进行K&C坐标系与整车坐标系转换,并能修正测量时安装位置与设计位置错位的改进算法。通过验证测试,证明了改进算法可弥补已有分离方法存在的不足,其结果更加符合商用车驾驶室隔振分析的工程需要。Based on the functions of CG ( centre of gravity) position and inertia moment measurement of passenger vehicle dual - shaft K&C bench and existing separation measure method which are calculated by lever principle and moments of inertia parallel theorem, a correction method of CG position and inertia moment of commercial vehicle cab is developed. This correction method can consider K&C coordinate system changing to vehicle coordinate system and correcting the malposition between the installation position and design position. This method can solve problems shortage of existing separation measure method and correction method and its result is much better to more meet the engineering needs of commercial vehicle cab vibration isolation analysis, was verified through the test of known CG and inertia value calibration block.
