基于校企合作的高职院校环艺设计专业人才培养模式探索——以苏州工业园区职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：校企共赢是校企合作的基本基点,苏州工业园区职业技术学院建筑工程系环境艺术设计专业与以苏州金螳螂建筑装饰股份有限公司为代表的一批实力雄厚的企业共建校企实训基地,探索"订单式"人才培养、"学工置换"人才培养、"混合式"人才培养,并通过构建校企合作下环艺专业学生职业素养的培养路径,完善了校企合作机制。The win-win between school and enterprise is the basic foundation to school-enterprise cooperation. Environmental Art Design Specialty of Department of Architectural Engineering of Suzhou Industrial Park Institute of Vocational Technology cooperates with a group of powerful enterprises with the representative of Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration Co.,Ltd to jointly build training base, explore the＂order＂,＂learning-working replacement＂and＂hybrid＂three kinds of personnel training modes, and established the ways to cultivate sutdents＇ vocational qualities majoring in Environmental Art Design under school-enterprise cooperation, having perfected the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.
