陶行知的师范教育形象研究

摘　　要：乡村教师是改造乡村生活的灵魂,创办乡村师范学校就成为改造全国乡村教育之关键。为了建构不同于以往的、以乡村生活为中心的师范教育体系,陶行知提出了广义的师范教育概念范畴,并主张以"中心学校"为中心,来重塑中心学校和师范学校二者之间的关系,以此来更新师资培养的教育理念。晓庄师范学校的办学实践活动,真正落实了陶行知主张由乡村实际生活产生乡村中心学校,由乡村中心学校产生乡村师范的师范教育理念。教人者教己、教学做合一,就是陶行知以做为中心的师范教育实践形象的真实写照。陶行知用满腔的热忱和浓浓的爱心,展现了一位伟大的人民教育家的光辉形象。陶行知师范教育思想通过教材走进各类师范学校的课堂,陶行知作为人民教育家的理论、实践和道德形象在各类师范学生"学陶、研陶、师陶、践陶"的生命实践之中得以传承和发扬。Rural teachers are the soul to transform the rural life,so the foundation of rural normal schools becomes the key to the transformation of the rural education in our country. In order to construct a normal education system that is different from the past and centered around the rural life,TAO Xingzhi put forward the broad scope of the concept of teacher education. He advocated that ＂ center school＂ be the center and reshape the relations between the center schools and normal schools in order to reshape the educational principle of teacher training. The schooling practice of Xiaozhuang Normal School really implemented his claims that the village center school is generated in the real rural life and the rural normal school is generated by the village center school. ＂ Teaching people is teaching yourself＂ and ＂ Combining teaching and learning＂ are the true portrayal of Tao＇s notion of behaving-centered image of normal education. Tao＇s enthusiasm and deep love explain the glorious image of a great educator of the people. His educational thought has been adopted in the classrooms of various normal schools by way of teaching materials,and the theory,practice and ethical image of Tao are inherited and carried forward through life practice of ＂ learning from Tao,studying Tao,following Tao and implementing his notion＂ among various types of normal students.
