校企合作模式下高职院校成人教育高技能人才培养研究——以C职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校是培养高技能人才的重要阵地,但从总体来看,当前部分高职院校高技能人才培养存在各种问题。C职业技术学院在高技能人才培养过程中,坚持成人教育办学模式,实施校企合作,探索了一条培养校企双方认可的高技能人才之路,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。The higher vocational colleges are the important places for training high-skilled talents, but on the whole, there are still various problems in talents training.C Vocational College adheres to the adult education school-running mode and the implementation of university-enterprise cooperation in the training process of high-skilled talents. The college finds a way to train the high-skilled talentsand it has achieved good economic and social benefits.
