摘　　要：基础营养学是食品卫生与营养学专业的基础课程,实验教学课程是基础营养学课程体系中的重要环节。针对专业的培养目标,提升学生对基础营养学前沿实验技术的掌握水平,本教研室积极探索实验课程的教学内容和方法,目前已开设人体静息代谢率评估、淀粉血糖生成指数测定、膳食脂肪对小鼠甘油三酯水平的影响和维生素D对前列腺癌细胞生长的影响等实验课程,取得了较好的教学效果。Basic nutrition is the basic course of food hygiene and nutrition. The experimental teaching course is an important part of the basic nutrition course system. Aim at the training goal of the specialty and the improvement of the students ＇ proficiency in the advanced experimental technology of basic nutrition. The teaching and research department has actively explored the teaching contents and methods of the experimental course. At present, many experimental courses have been set up, and better teaching results have been achieved.
