摘　　要：中医院住培医生临床实践能力提升的教学模式研究是指以有资格成为住院医师规范化培训基地的中医院为依托,运用符合时代发展的教学方法,研究能够切实提高中医院住培医生临床实践能力的教育模式。通过该教学模式的建立和实施,对提高中医院住培医生临床实践能力起到积极的推动作用,促进中医院住培医生中西医诊疗能力的提升,实现由中医院住培医生向合格的住院医师的转变。The research on the teaching mode of improving the clinical practice ability of resident doctor ＇s clinical practice in the hospital means relying on the Chinese medicine hospital that qualified to become a standardized training base for resident doctors.Practice ability education model. Through the establishment and implementation of the teaching model, it will play a positive role in promoting the clinical practice ability of the resident doctor of the hospital, and promote the progress of Chinese and Western medical treatment ability of resident doctor of the Chinese medicine hospital and achieved the transition from a traditional Chinese medicine doctor to a qualified resident doctor.
