摘 要:企业是现代学徒制不可或缺的角色。企业参与现代学徒制的行动逻辑普遍遵循经济理性主义原则。从人力资本投资视角来看,如果企业参与现代学徒制预期收益存在不确定性,就会制约企业参与现代学徒制意愿。制度是消除不确定性的前提条件。保证企业合理预期收益和提升企业参与现代学徒制积极性的关键在于企业人力投资成本合理补偿、企业内部劳动力市场自由化风险的有效防范和企业主体地位有效履行的制度供给。Enterprise plays a indispensable role in modern apprenticeship system. The action logic of enterprises' participation in the modem apprenticeship generally follows the principle of economic rationalism. From the view of Human capital investment, if there is uncertainty about the expected benefits, it will restrict the willingness of enterprises to participate in the modern apprenticeship sys- tem. System is the prerequisite for the elimination of uncertainty. System supply of the reasonable compensation for the cost of human investment, the effective prevention of the risk of labor market liberalization and the effective performance of the enterprise subject status are the keys to guarantee the reasonable expected benefits and enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the modem ap- prenticeship system.
