摘  要:当下高职院校应坚守"质量生命线",结合高职院校内部质量保证体系建设要求,研究建立教学质量监测与评价机制,全覆盖、全方位、全过程开展教学质量监测,形成科学、合理教学评价数据,及时指导教师教学诊改,促进有效课堂建设及人才培养质量持续提升。文中将分析高职院校教学质量监测与评价机制现状与研究内容,并结合高职质保体系要求和我校实践提出教学质量监测与评价机制及运行保障。The present higher vocational colleges should stick to the"lifeline"quality,combine with the construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges,study and construct the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism,carry out the omni-directional teaching quality monitoring with full coverage and process,and form scientific and rational teaching evaluation data so as to timely instruct teachers to diagnose and innovate their teaching methods and promote the effective classroom construction and the continuous improvement of talent training quality. This paper will analyze the present situation and research content of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism in higher vocational colleges,and put forward the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism and its operating guarantee combined with requierements of higher vocational education quality assurance system requirements and our institute's practice.
