摘  要:[目的]探讨高校护理专职教师临床实践中应扮演的角色。[方法]在查阅文献、走访相关人员及对相关人员进行团体焦点访谈基础上设计问卷,并对103名高校护理专职教师进行调查。[结果]护理专职教师临床实践的目的中"解决理论教学中出现的临床相关问题"被选频次最高,应该参与的工作中"护理教学查房"的被选频次最高,扮演的角色中"教师"的被选频次最高;临床实践目的与参与的工作、扮演的角色有一定的相关性,参与的工作与扮演的角色有一定的相关性。[结论]高校护理专职教师在临床实践中应该扮演的角色有教师、研究者、护士、护士导师、学生、医生督导6种,教师要不断提高自身知识层次与素养才能胜任这些角色。Objective: To probe into the role definition of college nursing professional teachers in clinical practice. Methods: The questionnaire was designed based on literature review,related personnel visit and group focus interviews with related personnel.The survey was conducted among 103 college professional nursing teachers. Results: Among the objectives of clinical practice of nursing professional teachers, the highest frequency of selecction was "solving clinical related problems in theoretical teaching", the highest frequency of selection was "nursing teaching ward round" in the work to be participated in,and the highest frequency of selection was "teacher" in the role.The objectives of clinical practice had a certain correlation with the involved work and the played role,and the work involved had a certain correlation with the played role. Conclusions: There were six kinds of roles that professional college nursing teachers should play in clinical practice including teacher, researcher,nurse,nurse mentor,student and doctor supervisor.Teachers should constantly improve their knowledge level and accomplishment to be competent for these roles.
