基于校企合作模式促进大学生科技创新

摘　　要：本文以武夷学院机电学科为例,针对当前应用型地方本科高校人才培养中大学生创新能力的不足,提出校企合作构建科技创新平台,采用企业专家和专任教师的联合指导建立项目组的方式,通过校企联动、明确分工、细化技术指导等运行策略,应用"合作学习+专题制作"的活动模式,系统地优化了科技创新人才培养方案。实践证明该方法能有效增强学生的工程意识,提高了学生实践创新能力和学科科技竞赛水平。Taking the electromechanical discipline of Wuyi Uni-versity as an example, in view of the insufficiency of college stu-dents＇ innovative ability in the current application-oriented localundergraduate colleges and universities, it is proposed that col-lege-enterprise cooperation should build a scientific and techno-logical innovation platform, and adopt the joint guidance of enter-prise experts and full-time teachers to establisha project team.Through the operation strategy of enterprise linkage, clear divi-sion of labor, refinement of technical guidance, application of co-operative learning＋ special production activities, we can system-atically optimize the training program of talents for scientific andtechnological innovation, and practice has proved that thismethod can effectively enhance students＇ engineering awarenessand improve students＇ ability of practice and innovation and levelof discipline competitions.
