摘 要:课程方案对培养目标、课程设置、课程实施、课程评价几个方面都有积极作用,帮助相关院校了解人才培养的过程,并且能在一定程度上反映出人才培养过程中的不足之处。通过对云南3所高校旅游管理专业课程方案的对比,发现以下问题:学科本位色彩浓厚;培养目标定位与配套设计欠合理;课程实施的设计不合理、不到位;课程评价体系不完善。针对问题提出以下建议:云南高校应构建基于能力的职业教育观;结合实际情况定位课程目标;依据职业、社会要求设置课程;明确课程实施的要求以提高质量;形成有效客观的多元评价机制。The curriculum schemeplays an positive role for training objective,curriculum provision,curriculum implementation and curriculum assessment,which also will help to realize the process of talents training,and also to reflect the shortcomings of the training process in some extent.In comparison with curriculum scheme the tourism management courses in three colleges in Yunnan, the following problems are found:the strong subject based color;the less reasonable of the training target orientation and supporting design;the unreasonable design of the curriculum implementation;the imperfect curriculum evaluation system.In view of the existing problems,colleges and universities in Yunnan should construct the concept of vocational education based on ability,locate curriculum goals in combination with the actual situation,set up courses according to the requirements of the profession and society,clear the requirements of the implementation of the curriculum to improve the quality,and form an effective and objective multiple evaluation mechanism.
