摘　　要：以水母绿色荧光蛋白为纯化目标,从实验设计、实验目的、具体内容和技术路线、实施前期准备、实施过程和实验考核方式等方面,对生物技术综合大实验课程教学进行了改革与探索。多年的实践证明,生物技术综合大实验培养了学生团结合作的精神和严谨的科学态度,提高了学生的实验技能和分析问题及解决问题的能力,是提高学生综合素质和创新能力的有效途径。With the aim to purification of jellyfish green fluorescent protein, we take on the teaching reformation and exploration of the comprehensive experiment course of biotechnology from biological technology comprehensive experiment design, experimental purposes, concrete contents and technical route, and the implementation of the preparation and implementation of process and experiment examination methods, etc.. The practice showed that comprehensive experiment has cultivated the students＇ spirit of unity and cooperation, rigorous scientific attitude, and improved the students＇ experiment skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems, which is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of students.
