高等学校教师评学的有效性研究与实践

摘　　要：教师评学是教学质量管理中的重要环节,有效的教师评学对提高学校教学质量保障体系运行的有效度起到重要作用。本文从教师评学的涵义和目的入手,提出了教师评学的内容和方式以及影响教师评学有效性的问题,并以北京联合大学为实证,阐述了提高教师评学有效性的措施和实践情况。Teachers＇ evaluation of students is an important link in teaching quality management, and effective teachers＇ evaluation of students play an important role in improving the efficiency of school teaching quality assurance system. This paper, starting with the meaning and purpose of teachers＇ evaluation of students, puts forward the contents and ways of teachers＇ evaluation of students and the problems that influence the effectiveness of teachers＇ evaluation of students. Taking Beijing Union University as an empirical study, this paper expounds the measures and practice of improving the effectiveness of teachers＇ evaluation of students.
