怀特海的教育目的观对当代教育教学的启示

摘　　要：英国教育家阿尔弗雷德·诺思·怀特海(Alfred North Whitehead)认为教育的目的在于培养有智慧的人,这一教育目的观清晰地洞察了当代教育教学的不足之处,为促进当代教育教学的发展提供了指导方向,具有深刻的启示意义。在当代教育教学过程中,教育工作者应必须做到:首先,重新审视当前偏离学生本真发展的教育目的观;其次,构建以自由与浪漫为核心的教学过程理念;最后,重视学科课程之间的渗透与有机整合。The British educator Alfred North Whitehead thinks that the aim of education is to cultivate the wisdom of the people, and it clearly insights into the shortcomings of contemporary education and provides guidance for promoting the development of contemporary education, which has a profound significance in contemporary education. In the process, educators should firstly re-examine the current idea of aims of education deviating from the true development of students; secondly, they should construct the concept of teaching process with the freedom and ro- mance as the core; finally, they should pay attention to the penetration and organic integration of curricula.
