摘  要:教与学的权力分配是影响课堂教学效率和质量的重要因素,也是改进课堂教学的基本突破口。教学内涵理解是课堂权力分配的内在根源,当下,课堂中教与学的权力分配不均衡都对应着不同的教学建构,课堂中教与学的权力再生产可以通过相应的教学概念解构来推进。结合教学本质,教学协同的教学解构最有利于教与学的权力分配均衡,相关概念的落实需要通过理念、制度、评价等方面全面推进。The right distribution of teaching and learning is an important factor affecting the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching, and also a basic breakthrough in improving the classroom teaching. Understanding of the connotation of teaching and learning is the internal cause of the allocation of classroom right. At present, the imbalance of the right distribution of teaching and learning in the classroom corresponds to different teaching construction, and the right reproduction of teaching and learning in the classroom can be pushed through the corresponding deconstruction of teaching concept. In combination with the essence of teaching, the teaching deconstruction of teaching cooperation is most conducive to the balance of right distribution of teaching and learning, and the implementation of relevant concepts needs to be advanced in such aspects as philosophy, system, evaluation.
